CES : Fitbit : Blaze

I’ve always had a fondness for the Fitbit products, theirs was the first fitness tracker I used (and still do).

Their new product is the Blaze, a  smart watch with all the usual functions, including GPS tracking when connected to a suitable phone, heart rate tracking, multi-sport tracking and realtime performance stats. More importantly it has a battery life of 5+ days.

The device looks quite nice and allows you to customise with additional frames and straps.

The demo i got from one of their reps was a good one, showing most of the features. I can’t say it did much for me, and its not done much for their stock price which plummeted 18% today!
